The 2017 labeling on this 1st Edition tower matches my set perfectly, and drawing a card every time it gets destroyed adds a nice bit of chaos. Trading those cards with the table turned out to be the best part.

Wasn't sure a single promo tower would change much, but the trade option when it gets destroyed has become our favorite house rule. Labeling it 2017 for the 1st Edition set keeps it matching everything else on the shelf, which I appreciate more than I expected.

The card-draw and trade mechanic when the tower gets destroyed adds a fun twist to our 1st edition games. Mine was labeled 2017 and matches the older set perfectly, no color mismatch. My group now actually cheers when the tower falls.
